REVIEW: Neutrogena Deep Clean Brightening Cleansing Oil

I've heard about cleansing oils about a year ago and many beauty bloggers are raving about it. How it does wonder when removing make ups and dirt. People who have oily skin are so scared to try the product, they thought it can breakout the skin, clog their pores or worsen the oiliness around their face but NO! It's really good even if you have dry, sensitive or combination skin type.

I do have a very sensitive and dry skin so I've been meaning to try using cleansing oils because it's really hydrating, it doesn't clog the pores or strip the natural oil in the face, very gentle and effective. I decided to buy the affordable option since the infamous Shu eumura, loccitane, clinique and other best selling cleansing oils are way too expensive for me. And I thought well, what if I don't like it? Then it would be a waste right? Then Neautrogena released their very own cleansing oils not too long ago. They have two kinds the brightening and the hydrating cleansing oils. I got the brightening one (well, t'was the only available in the store so I don't really have a choice! Haha) I bought it at watsons for 800php? (Actually I forgot, but I'm sure it was less than 1000 pesos).

If you are like super sensitive to over fragrant products like I am then, no worries this doesn't have a scent.

LET'S TEST IT OUT!

Pretty much what you expect, when you let a make up enthusiast make tambay in the beauty section. Makeup swatches from different brands. Haha 😆✌️

Iknow, gross! But yeah sorry bout that. Haha I used about one pump of cleansing oil. Gently massage the whole area.

This is how it looks like. It disolves the makeup even the waterproof and the long lasting formulas. Then wet your other hand with water and again gently massage the area.

It turns into a milky consistency and it should be easy to wash off with water afterwards.

After washing it off with water, pat it dry with clean cloth or tissue, and this is the result. I'd say it pretty much cleaned 98% of the make up, although I can still see patches of make up swatches but it's very minimal tho. You can almost not see it and I do double cleans anyway so it's okay. It does the job really well for a drugstore product (considering I swatched waterproof liners and long wearing lippies). I'm really impressed! I will recommend it to my friends (and to you who read this) and I'll definitely repurchase in the future (when this runs out). It doesn't see much but I've been actually using it for a week now (you don't really need that much, one to two pumps should be enough) and It doesn't irritate my skin which is my main concern everytime I'm trying out new facial products. Good job neutrogena! 👍

PS; have you guys tried it? What are your thoughts about it? Let me know. 😘

Thank you for your time and Have Fun! 💋
