Charlotte Tilbury is a high end brand that's been released over a year now. A luxury brand that many beauty bloggers, youtubers and even super models and Hollywood actresses have been raving and talking about. I really been wanting to try one of the products. Regardless of the price; UK 49 pounds, US $68, PH 3,420.19 pesos. Luckily I have a thoughtful and supportive cousin who gifted this to me last month when he travels from london. As soon as he gave it to me, my my I flipped out, soooo excited. Ugh I can't even, super pretty. The packaging is very stunning and really sturdy (dropped it two times already, hihi). It's rose gold very compact and has a good size mirror (which is very useful).

Now to the actual product.

BRONZER:
I have the light to medium bronze and glow shade. To be honest, I don't usually use bronzer because first I don't know how to use it, second bronzer tend to look muddy for my skin tone and third I think it doesn't suit me at all. But when I actually decided to try this product, I'm surprised how good it looked on me (I watched youtube videos on how to contour/sculpt, thanks to all the makeup guru's online haha). I used it light handedly (just to make sure I don't over bronze! Haha) it defines my facial features well. It gives me a glowy bronzy look that is really flattering and suitable for fair to medium skin tones. The powder is finely milled, definitely not matte (it has a sheen on it but doesn't have glitters on it), it's buttery soft and satiny in texture. I like it so much that I've been using the bronzer with the highlighter lately.

HIGHLIGHTER:
I'd say it's My fave highlighter ever, I love it. I have the cream, liquid and powder highlighters from different brands. But this one it's phenomenal, really great for everyday use or even nightouts. It's fine and velvety buttery in texture, very satiny and shimmery but not glittery (I do not like glitters in my highlighter thank you very much!). It actually make you look ethereal, glowy and just healthy beautiful! I cannot rave enough about this highlighter.

This is how it looks like on me (sorry about the duck lips, haha) and I don't think the picture gave it justice, it's a lot prettier in person I promise. Lately I've been doing the STROBING on a daily basis. Have you heared about it? No? It's like contouring but using the highlighter instead of a bronzer. Basically I put the highlighter on the high points of my face; the browbone, inner corner of the eyes, bridge of the nose, cheekbones, cupids bow and on my chin. I do contour as well with the bronzer but very lightly just to enhance the face shape.

Over all it's worth the hype and I highly recommend it. That is if you plan to splurge on a great qualily highend product. I mean it's okay to treat yourself with some fancy smanshy makeup sometimes, right? Haha

Have you tried the product before? What are your thoughts about it? Let me know.

Thank you and have fun! 👍
